Rates

$200/night

Plus $100 cleaning fee and 10.3% (State & local tax)

2-night min. stay for weekend;

3-night min. for 3-day weekends.


50% deposit is required to secure reservation. Full payment upon arrival. We accept personal checks or cash.  No smoking.


Plowing may be needed for winter months (November-February) and is responsibility of guests.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 30 days in advance will receive full refund (minus $25 re-booking fee), except  for major events. For all other cancellations, deposit (minus $25 re-booking fee) will be refunded only if South Branch Farm is re-booked for the nights reserved.
